No need to hassle with a laundromat, our residents have equipment on site.
PET FRIENDLY
Most properties are pet friendly. Dogs are allowed in 1st floor units only. Cats are allowed on any floor. No additional pet deposit. $50 per month per pet. (2 pet max)
FITNESS
Membership to all Ames Fitness Center locations beginning August 1.
PARKING/GARAGES
Have a nice ride or extra items you need to store? Reserve a garage.
SNOW REMOVAL
Nobody enjoys moving snow, but someone has to, so we'll do it for you.
